Very disappointed and I will not use this company again. You changed my pick up location the day before I needed it which cost me two hours of my time on the moving day that I really couldn’t afford. Back up lights didn’t work which created a problem. You charged me for equipment I did not order and blankets I did not receive. Even with all of this I needed a smaller truck to retrieve some remaining items that wouldn’t fit in the first trip and you tried to price gouge me by more than doubling what you charged me literally the day before where I come from that’s nothing but a carpet bagging thief it’s very disappointing I have used U-Haul for decades and never seen anything like this
