First of all, I got charged for going over the mileage, but 40 miles that I drove extra was because I had to pick the truck up 40 miles away from where I asked to pick it up. It was 40 miles from my home. I don’t think that’s fair and I left a quarter of a tank more of fuel not even a thank you.

If the scheduled drop off time is after hours, be upfront about the extra money you have to pay; getting unexpectedly hit with the $40 after hours return fee sucked
Mason GVery disappointed and I will not use this company again. You changed my pick up location the day before I needed it which cost me two hours of my time on the moving day that I really couldn’t afford. Back up lights didn’t work which created a problem. You charged me for equipment I did not order and blankets I did not receive. Even with all of this I needed a smaller truck to retrieve some remaining items that wouldn’t fit in the first trip and you tried to price gouge me by more than doubling what you charged me literally the day before where I come from that’s nothing but a carpet bagging thief it’s very disappointing I have used U-Haul for decades and never seen anything like this
