Winston was very helpful. The only issue was he had tried to input my information 3-4x and couldn’t on his device. Not sure if it was an internet connection but the system kept giving him errors. That took up half hour to complete. Luckily I was not in a hurry as it would have been more frustrating!

Everything was good except using the app to upload photos, it was glitchy and slow and didn't document found it frustrating to redo the same steps over and over when the app doesn't submit the information.
