The truck was full of sand and a piece of plastic above the rear door was dangling. We had to get off the highway and drive on side streets in order to get safely to our destination.

This gentleman who assisted us in this rental was just about perfect. He was polite, worked quickly getting us outta there and into our truck, and conducted himself very professional throughout our visit. I will be a repeat customer, and this location gets my endorsement without a doubt. C u later :)
Sherri hWinston was very helpful. The only issue was he had tried to input my information 3-4x and couldn’t on his device. Not sure if it was an internet connection but the system kept giving him errors. That took up half hour to complete. Luckily I was not in a hurry as it would have been more frustrating!
Jennifer AEverything was good except using the app to upload photos, it was glitchy and slow and didn't document found it frustrating to redo the same steps over and over when the app doesn't submit the information.
