Trailer was not ready, a padlock was left on and needed to be forcefully removed delaying our departure and almost broke the trailer latch when he tried. Trailer itself was great and especially found the newly installed ramp to be a vital feature.

Helpful somewhat. Branch closed but someone briefly assisted in lifting trailer off the hitch. The trailer is dangerous.

Michael MThe truck appeared poorly maintained. Seats were hard to adjust, the door in the back was hard to operate — all due to rust. The truck itself was a terrible ride, much worse than UHauls I’ve rented from other locations. It felt like the truck hadn’t been serviced in several years.
