I've used Gibson Resale several times for my U-Haul rental needs without issue. I've used Batteries Unlimited U-Haul rental in Richmond and had extra fuel charges added after drop off. When I complained to them about the fraudulent charges, and told them that I had documentation of mileage and fuel levels before, the site representative became unprofessional and stated that he had documentation and pictures too. He refused to reverse the charges. I then contacted U-Haul directly and they reversed the charges after providing the documentation. Choose wisely, choose Gibson Resale
