When dropping the truck off the cashier turned the pumps off to get gas. The gas pumps indicated to pay inside. When going to pay inside, the cashier locked the doors, not allowing me to fill up the truck when getting there.

morgan cBasically this is a self-help location, requiring multiple trips across the street to confirm trailer number then connect and test lights on own. The trailer I rented had an old wasp nest and ldebris inside, which I had to clean out. Despite completing the online rental information, it took almost an hour to get checked out. Check-in was online, and much easier.
