The trailer was blocked in with other trailers that I had to move by hand and then it was so muddy I had to go fast out into the highway to keep from getting stuck. Nobody came over to help and my truck got muddy. After I dropped the car I was hauling on the way to drop off the trailer a tire blew out. I have had good experiences with U-Haul before so I gave credit for those positive experiences but this one was terrible. The website wouldn’t allow me to use my city for return and after I picked one a little further away it automatically switched 45 minutes further. Customer service would not help me said I had to make the drive or pay double to drop it off 1 mile from my house.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis was the slowest experience to date with U-Haul. The store owner is not equipped to handle this business. She did not know how to use the equipment, hook up the equipment or process the reservation. We had to call the fire department to come assist. Absolutely terrible experience.

THOMAS RLocation was very sketchy at an abandoned gas station. The worker drive up to me and insisted he would just take the key for me and "take care of it". I was charged an extra day because of that. I will never go to this location again.
Ashley LI reserved through the app with size of trailer and drop off location. I got the trailer on Saturday but no paperwork and didn't receive an email with any paperwork. I made many calls to Uhaul for 2 days till I finally got paperwork. Rental location was closed on Sunday and I was leaving on Monday. The uhaul phone representatives were outstanding and they finally got my paperwork. The local company changed the drop off location and charged me for the insurance which I had declined. The uhaul phone representatives were able to change the drop off location for me. Most of the reviews for this location were 1 star but it was just a few miles from home so I tried but if I need to rent again I will not rent from here again.
