I reserved through the app with size of trailer and drop off location. I got the trailer on Saturday but no paperwork and didn't receive an email with any paperwork. I made many calls to Uhaul for 2 days till I finally got paperwork. Rental location was closed on Sunday and I was leaving on Monday. The uhaul phone representatives were outstanding and they finally got my paperwork. The local company changed the drop off location and charged me for the insurance which I had declined. The uhaul phone representatives were able to change the drop off location for me. Most of the reviews for this location were 1 star but it was just a few miles from home so I tried but if I need to rent again I will not rent from here again.

Worst UHaul experience ever. No one was available even though they posted fake hours of operation during my Saturday pickup. Store clerk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would revoke their U-Haul privileges immediately. Very stressful situation. Definitely a worse than poor rating. Go elsewhere and bypass that scam office. U-Haul definitely needs to look into this operation and pull their equipment.
Timothy Rnobody working there on a Friday at 2pm when I dropped it off. Had to call the 800 number to turn the truck in and leave it parked in a convenience store parking lot across the street because they had uhaul trucks blocking both entrances to the uhaul lot.
Cody SI thought the building was abandon. However, the building was across the street from a trashy store. The area didn’t feel safe. U-Haul sent me the wrong address to the drop off location. I asked numerous people from the area and they weren’t familiar with the address. I even asked a police officer and he tried to help me locate the correct address. We both tried calling and were told that the number were no longer in service. Then they charge me extra for all of this after they had already charged my card. I will consider any company when I go to move again due to my job having me to relocate yearly. Others from my company states they won’t use U-Haul anymore either.
PEGGY HNEVER!!! These people should not be in charge of heavy equipment that could kill people.
