It was all at up by a u haul represtativewhich I must say was excellent customer service. The shell location was great because I could return in the middle of the night and was able to fuel up and be on my way...ps I also washed my car. Overall super customer service polite and efficient

Melissa SI order 20' U-haul but they gave me a 26' U-haul without any notice. I just feel bigger van. I got a little accident at the storage in Ridgetown. I through the gate and turn left then left fanse iron stick make scratch and little banded. After I realized the van was too big.
