When I went to drop off the truck, I walked into the office, and a man was sitting in the chair. The office smelt of marjaunna. I told him I was to drop off the truck, and he said "ok just leave it and go". Did not ask for keys, did not want to check the gauge, did not want to check the cleanliness. Very unprofessional. He did not offer to give a receipt, drop off or anything. I had to download the app (for one use of uhaul) to make sure I got credit for return.
