I rented a box truck. At first, I wanted to rent the U-Haul right near my house at JAE Power. Unfortunately, they did not have the size truck that I need on the particular day I needed it. However, the staff there was super friendly and looked to see who had the size truck I needed. They found one at Tonys Transportation, and he made all the arrangements for me, which I greatly appreciated. When my husband and I went to pick up the truck at Tonys, "Tony" was very rude to me. He had no problem with my husband and would only speak to him and wouldn't even acknowledge that I was there. I understand in certain cultures women are looked down upon, however, if you have a business here, you should at least be courteous to a woman. My husband even asked me why he was so rude to me, and I said the only reason I could think of is because I was a woman since I had never spoken to him. I have since told many of my friends about this situation, and they said that because of my experience they will not be using Tonys Transportation. We all agreed, we will continue to use U-Haul, we will not be using that particular location, however, I would definitely recommend JAE Power in West Milford.
