Location was fine but changed on me from my location of choice. I scheduled to p/u at other closer location. This one opens at 9. Didn't get call day prior to discuss if I could get it at 8:30 or not.

Truck had over 130000 miles on it then was charged for 3 days instead of 2

Shedy OThe truck I rented was not prepared nor was the location in Oakland open. I had to get a van from a different location. The van we received had not been cleaned and it was low on both oil and tire pressure.
