Overall had anything BUT a seamless experience. My pick up location was changed without any email notification. I never received a call the day before pickup as I was told I would when reserving. We showed up to original pick up location and no truck was there for us. We had to drive much further which in turn made us late for our movers who were coming to help load the truck. Check in was also quite difficult as the app would not upload any pictures of the truck-though I was AT the location still- and also wouldnt let me bypass.

Ramon MThe pickup location was changed a day before to a much farther location, I had to drive additional 25 miles to pick up the truck and 25 additional miles back. Pick up service was poor.
Sergei TLocation was fine but changed on me from my location of choice. I scheduled to p/u at other closer location. This one opens at 9. Didn't get call day prior to discuss if I could get it at 8:30 or not.
