The U-Haul site would not allow me to check in or out on my phone. There is no office onsite and everything had to be done over the phone. Had to send my license via text message and then got my contract emailed to me late in the day (I picked up truck at 9am). When I returned the truck i was informed (by phone) I had to put gas in it. Not a big deal but I would have liked to have known that before arriving at the drop off. Overall not a good experience. I would have expected more from a reputable company.
Gregg DI rented a 10 foot truck to tow a small trailer, but the truck’s connector for the trailer lights did not work. Plus I was not told it did not work even though I discussed my use of the truck for towing.
Matthew TTony provides real customer service. Fast and courteous service. Very attentive to my needs with service tailored to my specific situation.
