Our pickup was quick pleasant and the gentleman explained everything that we needed to know to keep us the trailer and our belongings safe.
Becky FStore was closed when I returned trailer on a Saturday morning. We dropped if off, made a video and left.
Butch VNo issues and the lady that assisted me was very helpful. Only suggestion I would have is that the equipment lot is up a hill and gravel, maybe put the selected rental units down by the check-in area for easier pickup.
FARON BI was misinformed on what to do to get keys. I ordered a 15 foot and had to take a 20 foot. I stood down there in 90 degree weather trying to use my phone to find out how to get key out. It was chaos for me and I will never rent one from there again.
