I ordered the trailer more than a week in advance and when I ordered the trailer I ordered pickup in Winfield WV, but had to pick it up 28 miles farther away. Pickup was scheduled for 11:30 am on Saturday the 21st. Pickup location was open until 1 pm. I was on a Trip to OH, when I found out about the pickup time change. In order to keep on schedule for Sat. I had to cut my trip short and pickup the trailer on Friday. I don't know what ever happened to customer service but it seems U-Haul doesn't care about how much it inconveniences the customer. If it suites U-Haul it's fine but t5hey won't go out of the way for the customer.

I only needed the trailer for 1 day, but they charged me for 4 days. They told me I would be reimbursed for the extra days when I turn the trailer in. I was not, and found out by the other lot I will not be reimbursed.
