Business was closed, no one to tell me where to put the trailer or help with unhooking it. When I picked the trailer up I was given a bad address to return it to and because of that I had to locate somewhere else. Return was about two hours late because of this, I called UHaul, four or five times, to explain this to someone and they assured me that there wasn’t any problem and that they were sorry about the address mistake. Then the next day I received an email invoice telling me that I had been changed for an additional day, a little less than thirty dollars. I really feel like that was unfair considering that I was given a bad address to return the trailer to.

michael mRon charged me $10 to borrow a wrench just to tighten a hitch ball for rental. lot was very muddy
DON PThe clerk asked me if I wanted THE insurance, I replied yes. She had me sign a pad with my finger, then told me the rental agreement would be emailed to me. I had no idea what I signed, all that was explained to me was to return the truck with a 1/2 tank of gas. That night in a hotel room 200 miles away, I finally had a chance to look over the contract. I found out there was 2 insurance options and this was never explained
