Replace the 2 front tires on the vehicle i had. Very low tread.
Gary RI looked up what my average cost would be given the most expensive dollar amount per mileage for a one-day U-Haul rental beforehand, and ending up paying $100 dollars more than that. Despite a nice customer experience, the cost seemed truly prohibitive. Would not recommend to anyone.
ADAM SThe pickup location was fine; however, based on my recent experience, I would not recommend U-Haul. When the vehicle broke down in West Virginia during extreme heat, U-Haul required me to use the mobile app before providing assistance, despite the area having poor cellular service. Once a replacement vehicle was provided, I was denied additional assistance with transferring my belongings between vehicles. To make matters worse, I was later charged for additional mileage and fuel, even though I returned the replacement vehicle with more fuel than it had when I received it. Finally, there was no follow-up from U-Haul after the breakdown to check on the situation or ensure the issue had been resolved. Overall, the lack of customer support during a stressful roadside breakdown and the additional charges left me very dissatisfied with the experience.
John PI was overcharged! I took pictures of the gas when I picked up the truck and returned it with the exact amount of gas and was still charged $23.00 for gas, so what should’ve cost me like 190 ended up costing me 240, still trying to figure out what else I was charged for. I did dispute but have heard nothing!!
