This was the worst experience renting a truck ever. The only redeeming part was how nice the ladies were at the front desk. The hand trucks that I paid for online weren’t available. The moving pads I paid for weren’t available.The rental truck was covered in mud. There was also water bottles left all over the passenger seat.

The personnel in charge of the equipment did not prepare or ready the vehicle for us. It had snowed yesterday, and no one cleaned off the vehicle’s windshield. The truck had been returned by the previous user with a check engine light. When we addressed our displeasure with the personnel, they were apathetic and ill-equipped to help us.
