STEVEN FThe worst move I’ve ever had. I arrived and they didn’t have the trailer I reserved. The trailer was attached by a random employee collecting grocery carts in the parking lot, the break line was TAPED on and they clearly had no idea what they were doing. I showed the way the trailer was hitched to a certified U-Haul employee when I dropped it off and they said it was embarrassing how unprofessionally it was attached. Avoid this location at all costs
