The young fellow who helped us get the car on the trailer was so sweet and polite (sorry I didn't get his name). Nicola was a gem...In fact, all employees that we dealt with were wonderful. My husband said he loved the equipment.
James P.I filled the truck up with Gas at the amount asked and THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR GAS! Ridiculous and I feel they robbed me. I left it exactly at the line they provide on the receipt if not alittle over the amount and they still took it upon themselves to fill the tank up on my dime. Very unacceptable and unprofessional.
