DONNA RThis was the worst experience I ever had with u-haul. I was not aware I was being charged per mile after a certain amount of miles, when I got to site I was not able to do anything. I was stranded and alone. I was never told if I don't pick up truck at exact reservation time that I would be locked out of picking up my truck. I had similar issues when I returned truck. Overall a horrible experience.
