Facility for pickup was nice, and staff were friendly, but the truck itself was in rough shape. The alignment was WAAAAY off, and the brakes shuddered at every press of the pedal. Was a pretty sketchy ride, but I suppose it was adequate, as I was was able to complete my move.

ROBERT OBad experience, I requested the 10’ truck at guest the agent told me he had it, few hours later he told me he didn’t and I had to rent the 15’, the truck was dirty and had dog hair, and I’m sure they charged me cleaning fee, and extra charges that I didn’t asked for, I used the truck for 2 hours,. When I came back I saw the 2 10 feet parked and they were there when I rented the truck. I pad $72 my bill should have been way less without the extra charges and the original truck I wanted to rent.
