The truck has a TPMS warning for low tire pressure am the check engine light is on. No one warned me about any issues. The store is nice and clean and the process was very easy.

They overcharge on every single thing! When I asked for unlimited mileage they wanted to know how many miles I wld have to go so they cld estimate prepay! They are a joke!

MICHAEL REasy pickup. Rental equipment was ready when we arrived. However, not specific to the location, the overall experience was dreadful. It snowed the day before and truck got stuck in the ice. They charged $450 for road side assistance on top of the safe move I already subscribed to and they wouldn’t dispatch towing until I pay said $450. When the tow truck arrived after waiting in the ice cold weather for 2 1/2hrs the towing company started demanding money for the service and threatened to impound the vehicle if not paid. I tried to get the customer to help but they kept transferring me to different team that handles Roadside assistance and then when it seemed like I got someone on the line the call got disconnected 3 different times, all this while blocking the towing company “Richmond Towing” from trying to take the truck and constant yelling from the tow truck driver that he can’t wait any longer and needed me to pay, mind you uhaul Roadside won’t dispatch without payment. I don’t know if this is a trick they, uhaul/roadside/towing, play to intentionally make the experience dreadful for you to opt for more services in the future or what but I’m more infuriated with the whole ordeal.
ARUN KThe app had multiple issues. It took 20 mins to get the pictures to upload. I was charged for a dolly I didn’t request. Also, I requested a one-way Uhaul but this location apparently doesn’t offer that. So I had to waste another 1.5 of my day to drive it back to the pickup location. It was an awful experience.
