JOHN PProcess was all good except the bogus charges on my credit card. I'm guessing UHaul as an organization has became comfortable enough in the market to slip charges in thinking people will be too busy to deal with it. Pretty slimy in my opinion. I have rented a lot of UHaul's over the years and things have seemed to be legit until now. I guess that is the way of the world.
