It was a much needed rental to get a broken down vehicle home. The only glitch was that I set up the rental on line and everything was all set. But I got a notification a couple of hours before I was going to pick up the truck and trailer. It said that it had been dispatched already. So of course I was concerned and headed over to pick it up. Turns out someone had called in wanting to rent the exact same combination, and the lady thought that it was me and so had marked it as being picked up shortly. Thankfully, I got there before that person did and was able to take it and not have a mess with the contract. Other than that everything went well and we got the vehicle home safe safely.

Nobody was at the drop off location. It was a Sunday. The UHaul system repeatedly gave me an error message and I couldn't complete the dropoff until I called the customer service line which resulted in another 15 minute delay.
