Truck was pretty beat up. Can't really say anything about location. It was closed at the time. But trying to get all the information to pick the truck up was a nightmare. Online services and customer service reps wasn't on same page. Extremely difficult to manage. Never had any issues when I picked up vehicle at an open business.
