This location was amazing, very kind, very friendly and very helpful when the UHaul App glitched out on us and it took almost an hour to get my truck. (Plus one of my own screw ups) If not for her, I'd have not left a review, but Crawford Auto Center went above and beyond.

Have adapter equipment available for personal vehicle of renter if trailer lights do not hook up to personal vehicle plug in
ISRAEL BRatchet straps on tow dolly were hard to operate could probably use some lubricant of some sort.
