Costumer service was great. Truck was clean inside. Definitely something mechanical wrong with truck, my husband kept saying I don’t think this thing is going to make it. We ordered a 26ft but was not there in time. Had to get a 20ft instead.

Phil OAfter 2 calls from U-Haul verifying my pickup the last text message for address to pick up changed from my original pick up location (which was 1/2 mile from apartment) to Rochele which was a 25 minute drive plus tolls + Gas there and back!!! this is unacceptable I would like a refund for this of $50.00!!!! please respond
