Had a great experience when picking up the truck. Very poor communication when returning it. Truck has a ujoint vibration at 55-60 mph, has a little looseness in the front end too. Tried to let the guy know, he didn't care. He was more worried about the gas guage being at the correct level. Will definitely use someone else when I need another rental.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkUhaul had my reservation number wrong and sent out the truck I had reserved for service. I had to take a truck a without air conditioning, or no truck at all. The location was decent. Uhaul support sucked!!! They were just like oh well.
