It’d be helpful to explain what the check in/ check out process emails, especially highlighting the amount of pictures that need to be taken. It was more time consuming than I anticipated. Additionally, my truck was not clean (the cup holders had a lot of grease/ stains in there) and the truck was nearly empty of gas.

Jeffrey OVan had cigarette butts and buds of weed under and around the seats when we got it. All cup holders were full of ashes. Gas gauge didn't work properly stayed stuck at half a tank no matter the fuel level. Van itself ran well without any issues but the attitude of the owner was the icing on the cake that got this location 2 stars.
