The U-Haul app was not working for the employee or myself. It took 45 mins to check me in and give me my truck. He said it was taking long for every other U-Haul customer that day as well. The worker was very nice and apologetic. This is a U-Haul problem that needs to be fixed, especially when the services have time limits.

ALLISON FU-Haul app is clunky. Tried to report what appear to be the beginning of a starter problem, but could not complete reporting on the app and ultimately abandoned the report. No clear instructions from the location regarding completing the return in the app. Was told to simply drop off the key. I had to return to the location to complete the return I the app. Truck was not pristine clean especially the dashboard and cup holders.
