U-Haul app is clunky. Tried to report what appear to be the beginning of a starter problem, but could not complete reporting on the app and ultimately abandoned the report. No clear instructions from the location regarding completing the return in the app. Was told to simply drop off the key. I had to return to the location to complete the return I the app. Truck was not pristine clean especially the dashboard and cup holders.

There was no equipment on truck, no dolly or furniture pads.
Mykel WIt’d be helpful to explain what the check in/ check out process emails, especially highlighting the amount of pictures that need to be taken. It was more time consuming than I anticipated. Additionally, my truck was not clean (the cup holders had a lot of grease/ stains in there) and the truck was nearly empty of gas.
