The facility itself was fine, but I had reserved a one way trailer from Kelowna, and 48H prior UHaul called and told me the trailer would be required to be collected 2 hour drive away to a whistle stop over a mountain pass. While they were quick to point out that in the contractual fine print they were in their right, this was not prominently noted or displayed when I confirmed it online, or at least believed I had confirmed it. Was too late to make alternative arrangements when I’d already travelled to Kelowna for pick up, they had me over a barrel and I had no option but to make the two hour drive to pick it up.
Scott NI answered yes to "Was this location clean and inviting". It was clean but not very inviting.

CAROL FThe U-Haul app didn’t offer a convenient drop-off location near my final destination, but the staff went out of their way to guide me and ensure the trailer was returned where I needed. Excellent service!
