Customers are clearly second here at this location. I had to stand there and wait while 2 employees and a delivery driver had to inventory each and every item on the truck before I'm even acknowledged?! Yeah, i clearly know my place here. After about 9 minutes, someone finally acknowledged my existence. I mean at least say "hold on", damn. And you really need 3 employees to go over an inventory list? It was like watching 3 chimps with one banana. Come on people!

James KThe facility itself was fine, but I had reserved a one way trailer from Kelowna, and 48H prior UHaul called and told me the trailer would be required to be collected 2 hour drive away to a whistle stop over a mountain pass. While they were quick to point out that in the contractual fine print they were in their right, this was not prominently noted or displayed when I confirmed it online, or at least believed I had confirmed it. Was too late to make alternative arrangements when I’d already travelled to Kelowna for pick up, they had me over a barrel and I had no option but to make the two hour drive to pick it up.
