The U-Haul app didn’t offer a convenient drop-off location near my final destination, but the staff went out of their way to guide me and ensure the trailer was returned where I needed. Excellent service!
Robert BMy bill was wrong I got over charged. They gave me a truck and as soon as pulled away check engine light came on ,I took it back and then exchanged it for another one he just threw me the keys and said its out there somewhere. The km on the first truck was on my contract they did not update when I traded trucks so I was over billed by $322.00 when I questioned it they said your card has billed please call uhaul directly I did and still nothing .So NO I wouldn't recommend this joke of a place to my worst enemy
