Please clean the truck area cleaned, there was garbage, spilled drinks in two places. I had sticky shoes the whole trip. The cavity had not been swept, so reserve time for that. Also, the padlock did not work...bring your own. Lastly, they did not have the dolly I had ordered. The attendant was over worked and could not effectively communicate to solve my problems. She just shrugged and said we are a small location so we don't get everything the big places do.

Check out the brakes. Failed once on me
ROBERT TI was VERY unsatisfied with the fact that I had to return the trailer to Rock Creek rather than Trail where I had booked. This required an extra 3 hours of driving. Also the rental rate if I had intended to use Rock Creek would have been less. I should be refunded the difference in rental rate plus at least the extra fuel cost.
John MWent to return the trailer a day early because I only need it 3 not 4 days. So I go in we get everything check offed then U-Haul was telling the clerk that I owed over 250 dollars after already paying 406 in grand prairie. We were able to get it sorted out so I didn't have to pay. Not impressed with U-Haul and these random extra/hidden fees I had the same issue when booking through the app for this rental
