It’s a gas station with store and only 1 counter person so they only look after you in between walk in traffic. It’s a long wait from the time you get in to the time you get into a truck 😡

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMake sure the equipment ordered was on the truck. I had to load the dolly. It was also not swept. The truck itself was in severe need of an alignment.

Gregg MPlease clean the truck area cleaned, there was garbage, spilled drinks in two places. I had sticky shoes the whole trip. The cavity had not been swept, so reserve time for that. Also, the padlock did not work...bring your own. Lastly, they did not have the dolly I had ordered. The attendant was over worked and could not effectively communicate to solve my problems. She just shrugged and said we are a small location so we don't get everything the big places do.
