I was VERY unsatisfied with the fact that I had to return the trailer to Rock Creek rather than Trail where I had booked. This required an extra 3 hours of driving. Also the rental rate if I had intended to use Rock Creek would have been less. I should be refunded the difference in rental rate plus at least the extra fuel cost.
John MWent to return the trailer a day early because I only need it 3 not 4 days. So I go in we get everything check offed then U-Haul was telling the clerk that I owed over 250 dollars after already paying 406 in grand prairie. We were able to get it sorted out so I didn't have to pay. Not impressed with U-Haul and these random extra/hidden fees I had the same issue when booking through the app for this rental
