U-haul online service was spotty and forced us to restart checkout several times. Online service was also incredibly poor for setting up the pickup in the first place. Online service needs to be improved

Easier than expected to get the truck.
Troy MI was charged over $400 for driving $43 miles. I am beyond upset and won't be recommending uhaul to anyone.
Melissa AI understand there was a line of customers but to just take key and say “I’ll look at it when I can” I don’t believe is acceptable.
