Communication pertaining to the reservation was TERRIBLE...... I wanted to pick it up in Middletown, NY, that wasn't a problem until the day before where that got changed to another location. I wanted to drop it off in Kingston NY, that was not a problem until the day of when I picked it up and said NO to Kingston, you need to drop it off in Port Ewen, NY. so I did. The next day I get a phone call from your Kingston NY office asking where his trailer was and explained the entire screw up with the reservation. The trailer was fine, the COMMUNICATION WAS THE WORST......
