I filled the tank when I was done back to where it was when I picked it up and was charged $37.75 for fuel. I only went 27 miles. This is wrong and bad business. Unsatisfied!

Only issue was had to drive 25 miles to get the trailer. But overall everything worked as well as expected.

The building smells like a cigarette and there were cigs in an ashtray on the guys desk. For a non-smoker that is a huge turn off. I wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. The gentlemen was very nice and helpful, but the office was horrid.

Credit card machine didn't work. I was told to leave cash payment in the outside box. You still charged my credit card.
The staff at this location were very accommodating of my needs. I didn't realize the location closed at noon on Saturday, but received a courtesy call to let me know they would stay open until I arrived to pick up my rental. Thanks to the staff and management of this U-Haul location for their professionalism.

The equipment was in great shape and I had no issues at all. The paved road to the office and the pickup location was in terrible shape and in desperate need of repair.

To begin, the customer service was not up to par at all. The man called to confirm my reservation and told me that when i did my online pick up , it would instruct me on how to get my keys. I got there, online did not instruct me and I gave him a call to let him know i couldn't access the keys to my truck and his response was “shit well it should tell you†. I told him it didn't and he said “well i guess i have to turn around then, I'm on my wayâ€. As I'm looking in the truck to inspect before driving it, i found an open container under the driver seat and i asked the man who came to get my keys was the truck cleaned after every driver and he said “it suppose to beâ€. He found my keys which were still locked in the office and i could not access without him. Overall, the experience was bad and not worth my money.
If I ever rent from uhaul in rock hill I will try to use this one... it's the second time this place has saved me... thank you very much...

Navigating through the self pick up process for the first time on the website was super frustrating! Please fix the website and make it easier for someone to navigate! The video was helpful, but again that took a while to even find and was not easy. Maybe provide more direct links in the email confirmation with a big visual link button that says, start self pick up. Also allow the self pick up time frame to be larger. We had a 7:00am reservation, but didn't arrive to the facility until 8:00 due to normal life and kids, but couldn't even pick up the truck because we missed the window. We talked to a wonderful person on customer support and they fixed the issue, but due to the functionality of the website still had to wait to get the truck! We are super great with technology, but this attempt to use the 24/7 pickup was a big ?? miss for us!
