The original location we were supposed to pick up the truck did not have a truck so we were rerouted to this location. The office had a very strong cigarette smell and the employees smoked in the truck. I did the online check-in to speed up my pickup but it didn't speed it up. I still had to go through the process over again when I arrived and it took about 30 min.

From start to finish we had a horrible experience with this business and uhaul. The office of this business was in terrible condition. Trash and clutter everywhere. Trash also inside the actual uhaul we rented. We cleaned out the front of the truck before we even used it. Then with Uhaul.. Someone else used my boyfriends name with out permission. We have never heard of this person before until now. We called and reported this to the call center just to be unhelped. This phone call took 45 minutes and most of that was being put on hold. His name is still not cleared. No one that we spoke with could handle this matter. His name still has a counterfeit problem within the company. The standards of customer service we received was terrible.

The truck had trash in it. We had to document 11 pictures of damage to the truck that wasn't marked with an X. It took us 2 calls to customer service and an hour and a half to get the online check-out service to work. Never renting from you again.

They could start by greeting the customer as they come in the door instead of sitting in their seat saying nothing and having the customer start the conversation. It was clear they did not appreciate our business. They did not walk around the truck for an inspection; just pointed across the street where the truck was located. We had to ask for another worker to bring the truck across the street so we could do a visual inspection etc. Very poor customer service.

My overall experience with U-Haul has been great. My only recommendation to U-Haul is to somehow certify or qualify your moving help that you list on your website. Some of these movers have no clue how to load a truck and should be removed from your listing. On the other hand some are very qualified. You need to figure out how to sort this out!

They billed me for an overage of 300 plus miles. When I went to speak about the situation they agreed about the error but gave me a very hard time getting a refund. While they were attempting to process a refund they then charged my card an additional fee when I had just handed them cash. This experience has been very lackluster. The customer service on their part was very unprofessional. I had a uhaul rep on the phone the entire time I was there so there should be a recorded record of this incident. At this time I’m still waiting for a refund to process. Praying it does. The customer service from the uhaul rep when I called in was phenomenal and the only reason I can consider using uhaul again from a DIFFERENT location.

Pickup and return were quick and easy. The gentleman working the office was friendly and helpful. The truck was in good working order. Only issue was that the U-haul lock on the back door was not able to close or lock. Looks as if the locking bar was slightly bent making it difficult the close. The

It was very dark. My GPS took me to a location where they were uhaul hitch trailers. I didn't see any trucks.or a drop box. We decided to drop off truck and bring keys back tomorrow. So I did checkout process, left, drove, quarter of mile and saw a bunch of uhaul trucks and drop box. So we turned around got truck and moved to proper location and left key.

Customer service is the worst. Needs major overhaul. I called several times put on hold for long periods of time got disconnected a few times and when they answer the couldn’t help me. That self rental service I wouldn’t ever recommend to my worst enemy. I pray I never need you all again. I will try other places first

Paper work said 1/4 of tank, truck was not @ 1/4 of a tank. I took a pick after 4 miles and it was well under 1/4

There was only one person who could use the computer system to assist customers. He could not modify my reservation and got flustered when other customers started a queue to be serviced. He ended up completely messing up my reservation where I ended up paying more and told me I just needed to call Uhaul customer service for a refund. I would also like to say that this was not my original pick up option. I was asked to pick up at this location because my original choice did not have my truck size. Had I known it would turn out this way I would have requested a different location. Now I have more wok to do because I will not just give up the refund for a mistake that wasn’t made by me.
