2 of my last 3 rental reservations have included pads and hand trucks that were not with the truck and had to be located and picked up elsewhere.

Clarke LThe absolute worst experience I have ever had with U-haul or any company. Location didn’t know what they were doing. And U-haul in general changed my original reservation multiple times. Never got an email of the change, never called. Just terrible.
ALLYSON HTruck had 1/4 tank of gas and no dolly despite me renting one. Also the reservation location was changed without notifying me. We showed up to the original location and was told where to go from there. Frustrating rental process.
