It was a 1/2 hour for pick up. I was not informed they were closed on Sunday so I was not sure what to do. Cab smelled like cat pee so I drove with the windows open. gas gage was at 1/8 th a tank so low fue

It took forever to get anything happening. stayed there for well over an hour. eventually someone working there had called me and had an attitude the whole time on the phone will trying to fix the issue. was the worst experience i’ve had getting a uhaul by far. i was very busy and needed to be in and out but obviously that was not the case
