Unable to rent vehicle at designated reservation time. Reservation system incorrectly indicated that vehicle was inaccessible when in fact it was not. Took 3 phone calls and over an hour for UHaul to resolve the issue. Vehicle was filthy. Return process was cumbersome. Awful overall experience

Quick and friendly pickup. Also, helpful in orienting me to the van and what was required of me. Helpful quick and friendly with the drop off. It took 2 minutes. Nice van, good location.
Richard JDisaster. I already filed a complaint online so I won’t be typing it all out here. If they don’t compensate me I will never be using U-Haul again.
Caleb DI say yes because it is a good location. The van was not very clean. I tried multiple times calling the listed phone number to the location but nobody answered. The return process was stressful, as I had to contact U-Haul twice to be reassured it was ok just to turn in the key to the store attendant without a receipt. Suggest you provide more training on customer service to explain that it may take up to 48 hours to receive a return confirmation receipt.
Arleen PThey added a $30 insurance charge despite me saying that I didn't want insurance multiple times. When I told them, it became a huge issue to remove and it still has not been refunded
