We had to pickup there when requested location did not have the truck as promised. No problems, except truck had about one quarter of a tank of gas.

HANNAH FFriendly team, good experience. They went out of their way to get a car hauler to their location to go with my truck rental, as I was originally going to have to go to a 2nd location about 25 minutes away to pick it up. Be sure to ask about return time when you rent, and if you're getting two pieces of equipment for a one way rental like I did, ask that they both be assigned for return to the same location! I had to call the 800 number to get my return locations changed on both the truck and the car hauler to avoid two different drop off locations.
