Levi is THE BEST!! Every one was kind, friendly, and courteous. Can't think of anything for improvement, but I do have a suggestion. I used a Honda CRV to pull the trailer, and the trailer drug the ground. My suggestion: Have a couple of risers on hand to sell to customers with low hitches. I had to go to Harbor Freight to purchase the riser so the trailer would clear the street. The front of the trailer was literally a few inches from the pavement. It made a huge difference and the ride was smooth after raising the ball for the trailer attachment. Thx!!
