LELIA FWhen I asked for 2 hour extension for drop off? The representative never told me about extra day charge. I asked for 2 hour extension as I was driving from Rolla to Tulsa (5-hours) and the drop off time was 9:44 am. Since I was tired and wanted to take extra time to drive. If he would have told me that I will be charged extra day, I would have started little later after having good sleep.
