This location was great. However my U-Haul experience was terrible overall. We rented online and our reservation was confirmed twice. We went to rent at 7:30 am and were told upon arriving (mobile checkout) that there was a problem and we couldn’t rent the truck via mobile checkout. They upgraded us to a bigger truck. No problem.. but the equipment we rented wasn’t there at all. We needed two Dollie’s and moving pads. It wasn’t in any truck. Then i had to call support again to take it off my bill. Then when I tried to get the key, the box was broken and I couldn’t get the lock. 3 people tried it with several different codes. Called support again. No one could get the lock open to get the key and they couldn’t refund us when we asked because “it was already checked out” even though I wasn’t able to get the key and I never checked that I was able to get the key on the app. They had to call another location to get a different truck. Still no loving equipment. We had to rent that somewhere else. We had to call support 6 times over the course of 3 hours trying to rent this U-Haul. Waste of time. Never renting from U-Haul again. Worst moving experience of my life.
