When I asked for 2 hour extension for drop off? The representative never told me about extra day charge. I asked for 2 hour extension as I was driving from Rolla to Tulsa (5-hours) and the drop off time was 9:44 am. Since I was tired and wanted to take extra time to drive. If he would have told me that I will be charged extra day, I would have started little later after having good sleep.
RITESH SRegarding the question; "Was the equipment clean and well maintained?" The windshield was dirty inside and out, which makes it unsafe and dangerous when driving into the sun, but nothing new for U-Haul. In years past, I could always count on a clean windshield... what changed,
