The first location we needed to go to a locker to pick up the keys so no one was there it was a self-service it was a little confusing at first but then it turned out to be very convenient turning the truck in I believe his name was Gilbert in Rolla Missouri he was really great he was right there as soon as we pulled in
Charlotte ATruck had a broken parking brake, dangling cable on the ground but otherwise the truck performed fine, however the man that rented the truck to me said he would give me a slight refund for having to deal with the brake being out. The next day the owner did not honor the statement and said that’s not how it works.
