I turned equipment in on March 15, 2026 at 7 pm. I have pictures ,videos and witnesses . They have it I turned in vehicles and equipment approximately the 2nd week of APRIL, 2026. Granted the Ice storm had our impassible for awhile then too the truck was bogged down. I still turned it in well before April.

SARAH BThe employee took almost 45 minutes to get me in the system. I wanted a small truck and I was put in an enormous truck that I couldn’t drive. I felt unsafe and I couldn’t park it or back it up. I am a 45 year old woman and have rented uhauls before (the small ones) with no issues. The price went from 60$ to almost 400$. I will not be renting another U-Haul. Awful experience all around. I returned it without refueling because I couldn’t find a gas station that I could actually fit in. Very scary situation. Scary and expensive
