We reserved on the over the phone but when we got to the location to pick up they needed more information! It would be nice if the customer service representative could get all information needed so you don't have to restart over when you pick up! Thank youhoward B.
The only suggestion I have is to make sure to let your customer know where to pick up the equipment. This seems to be an issue with U-Haul corporate.Kurt W.

The experience with uhaul was poor. For the second time, the truck I reserved was not at the guaranteed location. I drove 50 miles to this location. I am losing my faith in uhaul. I have used uhaul for personal and work for years. I may have to look at other options.Thomas G.

I was mislead about my rate. Told 41 from the drop point in Selma once set on the phone. Charged 292 in Rolling Fork but told it would be adjusted. Told by a uhaul agent that rate seemed high. Then told in Selma that uhaul had the get the money some how. I only had the dolly for 7 hours and 320 miles. I turned the dolly in a day early. I had a reservation for a uhaul in Vicksburg, ms that I had made the day before. On my way to pick it up uhaul called and said that it was not available and that I could pick one up in Clinton, Ms (1 hour away) we ended up having to drive to rolling fork (45 minutes away) to pick one up. My equipment was not available at the original location. Upon calling I was rerouted to an alternate location 60 miles away. When asking about any kind of discount since I would now be driving 120 miles roundtrip I was told nothing could be done. This seems a little ridiculous to me seeing how this was through no way any fault of mine. As far as the new location the staff was excellent. Other than that I will no longer be using UHAUL due to poor customer support.DANIEL P.
