I don’t know if it was stated but, if it was, it needs to be in a much larger font and bolded. All the pick-up and drop-off work is extremely time-consuming and I hadn’t accounted for that. It makes sense that it needs to be done but that’s not where my brain is at when I’m reserving a truck.
ROSE MI had a good overall experience. There was a water bottle between the chairs with what I think were brown napkins in it between the 2 front seats when I first got in. I wasn’t sure what it was and I didn’t touch it, so I left it there.
