Recieved truck not clean at all (Dirty), informed at check in but was chargerd $25 cleening fee, wanted to file a claim, couldn't find option for that.

The staff is very nice, friendly, and helpful. Second time renting from them and definitely would recommend renting from the facility.
ROMAN HLet customers know they can park anywhere at the location they’re picking up from prior to renting at that location. Not threaten them with being towed after they’ve already driven a half hour from the pickup location!
