When I arrived, they hooked up my trailer rental to my truck as I walked around to inspect it one of the fenders wasn't bolted to the frame and could have easily come off and blown out the tires which is crazy to me. Part of me paying for my rental is having it ready for safe transport it shouldn't be up to the customer to determine if it safe for use. This maybe the last time I use Uhaul because I have had two previous rentals with similar experiences. One exact trailer I rented as leaving the rental yard the brake pads on the trailer fell out. Another rental of a diesel moving truck it was leaking diesel, had two service trucks roll out to different locations I was at and couldn't fix it. When I returned it the UHual store said it was so unsafe it should have never been rented to me. In all these instances I never received any credits or compensation.

TANYA MSome confusion as my pick up was changed to this location and upgraded to a 26 foot Van as no 20 foot available. The staff worked to sort all of this out, and delivered the Van to me. Thank you for all your efforts
