Uhaul in general (customer service, scheduling, etc.) was HORRIBLE the only thing that made this experience livable was the representatives at both the pickup and drop off locations

DONALD RThe trailer was dirty on the outside and wasn't very clean on the inside. The employee only offered help after a request. He did not do any safety checks of the trailer and didn't know how to connect it to the hitch.
Sean HThe truck transmission was slipping when it had a load. It would jerk a lot when it was loaded. It was ok without the load.
