JACOB HMy rental reservation was scheduled for 9:00 AM. When I arrived at the U-Haul location, the doors were locked and no staff were on site. I called the main number, received no answer, and left a message. I later received a text stating the representative “should have been there” and was only a few minutes away. However, she did not arrive until approximately 9:40 AM. This delay directly impacted my move and resulted in both lost time and additional expenses. To make matters worse, when I returned the truck, I was overcharged for mileage. I attempted to resolve the issue through customer service, but the support provided was ineffective and did not address the problem. No customer should have to experience this level of service.
